Processing Time

Most orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days. Some products may require additional time to print depending on the size, complexity, and current order volume.

Shipping

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information when available. Shipping times vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination.

Please note that shipping delays caused by the carrier are outside of our control.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photos of the damaged package and product so we can review the issue and help determine the best resolution.

3D-Printed Products

Because our products are 3D printed, slight variations in color, texture, layer lines, and finish may occur. These variations are a normal part of the 3D-printing process and are not considered defects.
